Welcome to the "To Fill A Backpack" website Welcome to the official To Fill A Backpack Website Designed and updated by Andy Kulp Last update 110320 The To Fill A Backpack program is now closing out their 12th year of collecting supplies and distributing backpacks in 6 different counties including Bradford Cameron Lycoming McKean Potter and Tioga Counties. In 2020 we distributed 474 backpacks with supplies and monetary donations coming in from our local communities. Our backpacks are distributed by requests and referrals. We do not ask for personal information such as income etc.
