HOME EVENTS PROGRAMS MEMBERSHIP ABOUT US CONTACT US More Our goal is to bring affordable art experiences directly to the people of Hill City and the surrounding Black Hills area. We do this through our signature events and by partnering with likeminded organizations. Artsineducation is important to our mission and we strive to include a program for youth in each Hill City Arts Council event. We also provide scholarships and grants to our schools and local youth organizations to encourage arts and creative programming.
