Wambli Ska Okolakiciye Wambli Ska Okolakiciye Meeting the needs of the people Wambli Ska Society is a Native Americanled community development relief organization focused on supporting the empowerment and wellbeing of Indigenous communities in and around Rapid City South Dakota. Wambli Ska has successfully paved the way for innovative programs in the community and securing meaningful collaborations with community leaders peer organizations and social service partners. Programs Services Teen Center The Teen Center provides a safe supportive and healthy environment for youth offering spiritual guidance mentorship education and service opportunities. Oyate Court Oyate Court facilitates a juvenile and young adult diversion and restorative justice program focused on healing and restoring balance.
