The sole purpose for the formation of this organization is to work as a funding intermediary. This organization does not operate programs that provide services directly to individuals rather channel private giving to other, service-providing nonprofits by creating and carrying out fund raisers in the community where this organization was founded.  This nonprofit operates for the benefit of all citizens in the State of Ohio however the primary recipients are the service-providing nonprofits found primarily in North West Ohio.
