naisA Global was founded with a mission to educate and empower the next generation of Asian leaders in the US and around the world by providing them with mentorship opportunities, leadership training and tool to foster and develop effective business communication skills. 50% of the Silicon Valley Work force is Asian. 25% of Ivy League students are Asian. Yet, less than 2% of fortune 500 CEOs are Asian. Our programs are a response to the critical lack of Asian leadership that exists nationally and globally. It is the only nonprofit of its kind to provide a global platform to talented aspiring professionals of Asian descent
