CASA of the 8th Judicial District Our Mission Donate Volunteer Donations help CASA of the 8th Judicial District to provide training and support to Volunteer Advocates on behalf of the children on Fort Riley andin Geary Dickinson Morris and Marion Counties. Our program is 100 funded by grants and donations. Make a difference to a child. Becoming a CASA Volunteer Advocate gives children that have been victims of abuse andor neglect a voice.
