TO PROMOTE THE HISTORICAL PRESERVATION AND THE ECONOMIC AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF BRANDYWINE VILLAGE AND ADJACENT NEIGHBORHOODS AS A DYNAMIC COMMUNITY THAT CAPITALIZES ON ITS PREMIER LOCATION AS A NEXUS OF HERITAGE ASSETS, NATURAL RESOURCES, AND PROXIMITY TO DOWNTOWN WILMINGTON.
