Who Is Meeting Ground. Meeting Ground is a faithbased organization responding to the needs of individuals experiencing homelessness in Cecil County Maryland and surrounding areas since 1981. Individuals and families facing these challenges can access case management and group support to address the barriers to safe and stable future.
