Meeting Ground a path to home Our Mission We the community of Meeting Ground respect and serve persons at risk of or experiencing homelessness by meeting basic human needs connecting people to services fostering spiritual and emotional wellbeing and advocating for those whose voices need to be heard with the goal of creating a path to a place they call home. Who Is Meeting Ground. Meeting Ground is a faithbased organization responding to the needs of individuals experiencing homelessness in Cecil County Maryland and surrounding areas since 1981. Individuals and families facing these challenges can access case management and group support to address the barriers to safe and stable future.
