We believe that music performance has proven value in improving student academic achievement. Excellent musical instruction and performance opportunities allow each student to develop physically, mentally, emotionally and socially to achieve his/her greatest potential. Therefore, every student who desires the experience should have the opportunity to participate in the music program at San Pasqual High School. Did you know that music students are twice as likely to be Honor Students as non-music students? Eight out of ten students enrolled in music at San Pasqual High School are on the Honor Roll. Thirty Five of our music students received the Principal?s Honor Roll award for maintaining a 4.0 average or better. Music students at San Pasqual High School are involved in their school and their community. More than half of our students are involved in Student Clubs and Civic Organizations.
