Training and supporting volunteers to advocate for kids in Jackson County, Missouri who have experienced abuse or neglect. Come join us! 816-984-8200 Jackson County CASA trains Volunteers to advocate for children in foster care due to abuse or neglect. By 2025, we will serve 100% of the children in foster care in Jackson County. The mission of Jackson County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is to be a child's voice in court. We recruit, train, and support lay volunteers who act as advocates on behalf of the best interests of children who have experienced abuse or neglect.   We have two goals: To secure a safe, permanent home for each child. To advocate for appropriate medical, educational, and therapeutic resources while the child is under Court jurisdiction.
