TWC WILL DO THIS BY FACILITATING ACCESS TO SERVICES, IMPROVING COORDINATION OF CARE, PROVIDING A FORUM AND MECHANISM FOR THE PROVIDERS OF SERVICES TO DEVELOP AND PROVIDE CONSISTENT BEST PRACTICES, ASSESSMENTS, AND INTERVENTIONS. TWC WILL ALSO DEVELOP STRATEGIES AND MECHANISMS THAT ENSURE THAT CLIENTS CAN BE REFERRED TO THE MOST APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF CARE.
