🌍 Partners of the Americas was honored to participate in the first stakeholder meeting of the Global Flagship Initiative for Food Security, held May 12–13 at the Crop Trust headquarters in Bonn, Germany. With 735 million people affected by hunger, the urgency to act is clear. The Flagship Initiative brings together a global coalition—governments, development agencies, civil society, private sector actors, and multilateral institutions—to drive scalable, science-based solutions for food security, land restoration, and drought resilience, particularly across Africa’s Sahel and IGAD regions. We’re proud to stand alongside more than 30 organizations to help shape this transformative agenda.
