OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, AND PRIMARY HEALTH CARE COORDINATION FOR MARGINALIZED AND DISENFRANCHISED WOMEN, MEN, YOUTH, AND CHILDREN LIVING IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, MANY OF WHOM ARE COPING WITH CHALLENGES INCLUDING MENTAL ILLNESS, ADDICTION, AND THE AFTERMATH OF TRAUMA AND ABUSE.

Community Connections
Starting at 8 pm on August 28th, Community Connections DC Homeless Services Team and colleagues participated in the DC Summer Census for our unhoused DC residents. This summer census, will assist Department of Human Services with allocating resources to DC's most vulnerable residents. Our colleagues provide ongoing support to unhoused neighbors by providing resources and referrals to sustain daily life and wellness.
