Your Custom Text Here The Santa Barbara Clubhouse is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and is recognized as a local historic landmark by the City of Santa Barbara. It was built and designed by architect Francis Wilson in 1904 and has been in continuous use as a social meeting place for distinguished residents and their guests who included Frederick Remington Andrew Carnegie Edward Borein and George Washington Smith. The Santa Barbara Club Preservation Foundation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation engaging in charitable and educational activities which include educating and informing the public by acquiring restoring preserving and maintaining historically andor architecturally significant buildings and structures in and around Santa Barbara County including the historic Clubhouse. As an IRS Section 501C3 all donations to the Foundation are tax deductible.
