Schooling the aging out community on utilizing healthy coping mechanisms to heal from childhood trauma in order to break generational curses, so they can love their children in the ways they were never loved. To empower young and teen mothers transitioning out of the foster care system by providing comprehensive case management services that promote self-sufficiency, stability and personal growth.
