We’re beyond excited to share that we’ve turned up the volume and brought home 2nd place in the Medium Category of the Triad Business Journal's Best Places to Work Awards! 🎉 Out of countless contenders, we were honored to be named one of the Top 5 in our category and walking away with 2nd is an achievement we’re incredibly proud of. 🥈 With over 110 dedicated employees delivering 5-star level care at the end of life every single day, it’s no surprise that the most-used words to describe our culture are: caring, supportive, and family. 💚 Our incredible Employee Recognition Committee goes above and beyond planning fun, meaningful events for our employees and volunteers. On top of that, our Human Resources department plans amazing safety and wellness events to ensure our staff are cared for, both physically and emotionally. Each month, we also celebrate an outstanding team member with our Employee SuperNova Award—because recognizing excellence is part of who we are!
