Please note that we are unable to assist with high utility balances. Our Role We assess your eligibility for a Fuel Fund financial grant as detailed on our APPLY page. Please be aware that we are an independent nonprofit organization with limited funds and our eligibility criteria are distinct from state utility assistance programs like the Office of Home Energy Programs OHEP.
