Founded in 1994 Piedmont Care is a nonprofit 501c3 organization providing HIV and AIDS care prevention and advocacy in Spartanburg Cherokee and Union counties of South Carolina. We provide targeted education free and confidential HIV testing medical care and a broad range of comprehensive services to individuals who are living with or atrisk for HIV. We are the ONLY organization in our community 100 dedicated to a compassionate response to HIV and AIDS.
