Protecting Children Strengthening Families Florida Abuse Hotline What is the Gulf Coast Childrens Advocacy Center. Since March of 2000 Gulf Coast Childrens Advocacy Center has transformed the lives of victims of child abuse and sexual violence by offering a refuge for victims and their families to cope with the terrible crimes of child abuse and sexual assault while reducing the fear and further trauma that disclosure and investigation often creates. Our Programs Our center is committed to providing a comprehensive range of programs designed to support and uplift young lives impacted by abuse neglect or trauma. With a deeprooted dedication to safeguarding their wellbeing we offer a nurturing and empowering environment where children can find solace understanding and the tools to overcome adversity.
