LALC (Lifting Away Life's Challenges) Mission will help Rural/Non-Rural low- moderate income individuals, families and communities make improvements to their Community, Roads/Sidewalks (rural areas only), Home/Land Improvements, and Misc Help. We will raise the funds through generous donations, grants, and fundraisers to help Rural/Non-Rural residents with community improvements.
