Our Mission Phase Three Center Incorporateds is a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of option for transitional foster children and atrisk youths by creating a safe space for them receive assistance in obtaining the tools to learn grow and establish solid foundations for realizable and secure futures. It is also our goal to open the world up to youth and mentally stimulate them in a handson approach.
