Founded in 1972, we are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization created to promote and protect common interests of Locust Point residents. This site is to share information and relevant news. It is in our discretion to delete posts we deem inappropriate. Founded in 1972, LPCA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization incorporated in the State of Maryland created to promote and protect the common interests of the residents of Locust Point.The purposes of the Association are:1. To promote and encourage cooperative spirit, neighborhood relations and participation in community affairs;2. Actively inform, serve and represent residents’ interests in regard to civic and City events, laws, regulations, and safety;3. Foster neighborhood pride, safety, beautification and monitor development activity; and4. Honor and preserve the historic nature and serve as a repository for local information.
