Carter by awarding an annual scholarship to one Redlands High School student who exhibits some of the interests and qualities he possessed including but not limited to soccer the culinary arts military service integrity ambitiousness loyalty and friendship. Donations We greatly appreciate all of our wonderful supporters for over a decade allowing us to grow into a premier scholarship for Redlands area high school seniors.
