THE ONGOING PURPOSE IS TO MAINTAIN THE HOUSE SITE FOR ART AND EDUCATION PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF IREDELL COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA AND THE NATION.
