Community Links Community Links Incorporated 2003 Welcome to Community Links Providing InHome Community Support to Citizens with Intellectual Disabilities in Elk Cameron and McKean Counties. InHome and Community Care InHome Community Support is designed to help individuals acquire maintain and improve skills necessary to live in the community. Respite Care Respite care is either in or out of the consumers home. Behavior Support Behavior support includes functional assessment and development of strategies that support the individual.
