TransplantFirst Academy's (TFA) mission is to educate and inspire kidney disease patients (who could benefit from a transplant) to proactively explore opportunities that would allow them to bypass dialysis and live a better and longer life. TFA believes that chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end stage renal disease (ESRD) patients deserve the right to know all their options, voice their choice and proactively secure their best life possible in earlier stages of their disease. TFA exists to ensure all kidney disease patients are fully informed and encouraged to proactively exercise their right to live their best life possible - and that no one who could benefit from a transplant is left behind.
