THE MISSION OF SAGINAW COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION COMMITTEE, INC. IS TO FULLY PARTICIPATE IN THE DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION, AND EVALUATION OF PROGRAMS TO SERVE LOW INCOME COMMUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION WILL SERVE AS A PROACTIVE AND DEDICATED COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION STRIVING TO MOBILIZE ALL AVAILABLE LOCAL, STATE, PRIVATE, AND FEDERAL RESOURCES TO HELP EMPOWER ECONOMICALLY CHALLENGED FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT CITIZENS, AND TO SUBSTANTIALLY IMPROVE THE STANDARD AND QUALITY OF COMMUNITY LIFE.
