Committee of 100 About Us The Committee of One Hundred of Orange County Inc. was formed in 1957 by Howard Phillips and other Central Florida business leaders of their time. The committee has maintained as its sole purpose the goal to financially and emotionally assist families of first responders in Orange County Florida who have lost their life in the line of service. The organization is made up of 125 businessmen and women in Orange County that if ever needed offer their services free of charge to the families.
