Our Mission The Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs mission is to improve the quality of life for migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families by promoting selfsufficiency through employment and training opportunities educational attainment and health and safety. Job Training AFOP and its 54 nonprofit and public agencies that operate the National Farmworker Jobs Program provide access to training and supportive services to help farmworkers create better futures for themselves. NFJP Success Stories Just one of tens of thousands of farmworkers and family members who have used the National Farmworker Jobs Program as a springboard to better more stable and familysustaining employment both inside and outside of agriculture.
