There are estimated to be more than 190000 adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Pennsylvania. One in three disabled adults have experienced an unmet healthcare need over the past year due to high costs associated with their condition. One in two severely disabled individuals cannot find access to proper dental care.
