CCS Therapy Foundation CCS Therapy Foundation A 501c3 charity supporting the children of Santa Clara County California Childrens Services CCS Therapy Foundation Providing the patients of Santa Clara Countys California Childrens Services Medical Therapy Program the support and opportunities they need to maximize their physical psychological and social development. The CCS Therapy Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that ensures that Santa Clara County CCS patients and therapists have the resources support and education to achieve success in meeting the goal of maximizing childrens physical psychological and social development. The Foundation strives to achieve this mission through the provision of resources organizational assistance outreach scholarships and supplemental clinical support. The California Childrens Services CCS Medical Therapy Program MTP is a statewide program that provides occupational therapy OT and physical therapy PT to children from birth to 21 years who have qualifying medical conditions or diseases.
