OUR MISSION The mission of The HELP Center is to provide exoffenders offenders and lowincome individuals with the support they need to restructure their lives and achieve success through counseling educational employment and supportive services. Our goal is to enhance human wellbeing by empowering individuals to achieve selfsufficiency. This is achieved through comprehensive programs designed to address the barriers faced by vulnerable populations ultimately helping them build sustainable independent lives.
