The Beat Goes On Marching Band is an all-adult marching band committed to delighting Northwest, national, and international audiences while reliving the best parts of the marching band experience. The band is known for its feel-good attitude, emphasis on audience interaction, and spontaneity on the street and on stage. Though our musical tastes are eclectic, we feature a high-energy, brassy, rock & roll style. Band members hail primarily form the Pacific Northwest, but come form as far away as Ohio, Florida, Arizona, and California for special events. The band provides musicians at all levels the opportunity to improve their musicianship and encourages a life-long love of music.

The Beat Goes On is an international awardwinning alladult marching band committed to delighting Northwest National and International audiences while reliving the best parts of the marching band experiences we fondly remember and creating indelible memories. Founded in October 2011 the band is renowned for its upbeat attitude feelgood musical selections and emphasis on audience interaction. Though its musical tastes are eclectic TBGO features a highenergy brassy rock and roll style we may be a marching band but were more likely to play Bruno Mars than John Philip Sousa.

Portland’5 Centers for the Arts, home to the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, Keller Auditorium, Newmark Theatre, Dolores Winningstad Theatre, and Brunish Theatre, is closed due to COVID-19. The wellbeing of our patrons, artists, and staff are of utmost importance to us. Ticket purchasers will be contacted directly regarding the status of each performance as details are confirmed.
