DEVELOPED AND OPERATED A COMPLEX CONSISTING OF 15 CONDOMINIUMS AND A MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING WHICH INCLUDES 20 BEDROOMS, TWO MULTI-BEDROOM STAND-ALONE HOUSES, A CONFERENCE CENTER, A MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING, AND A TEN-OFFICE BUILDING. THE PROJECT SERVED HOMELESS FAMILIES WITH MINOR CHILDREN, YOUTH AGING OUT OF FOSTER CARE, AND POTENTIALLY SELF-SUFFICIENT AUTISTIC YOUNG ADULTS. THE PROJECT WAS SOLD TO A THIRD PARTY ON JUNE 18, 2021.
