The High Technology Foundation is focused on diversifying West Virginia’s economy by growing the knowledge sector via the Federal Anchor Model strategy. A non-profit organization functioning as an engine of economic change for growing a statewide, regional and national high-tech business sector. TO FACILITATE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BY BUILDING STRONG INDUSTRIES OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY AND PROVIDING RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT SERVICES TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES; TO DEVELOP BETTER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND IMPROVE THE STANDARD OF LIVING IN WEST VIRGINIA.
