CASA believes that every child has the right to a safe, East Central Indiana CASA of Madison County equips and supervises volunteers who provide hundreds of neglected, abused, and exploited children with a voice and friend in the court process. Each CASA volunteer advocates in the best interests of each child, seeking secure, permanent placement where they can thrive.
