Welcome Welcome to this website of the International Society for Contact Lens Research ISCLR. The Society was formed in 1978 and held its first meeting in London in 1980. We are a group comprised of global experts from all aspect of contact lens research including academics clinicians and colleagues from the contact lens industry. We meet formally at our biennial scientific symposia to which we invite expert keynote speakers from related and emerging fields as well as outstanding PhD students and postdoctoral fellows in our field.
