The Coalition is working to improve well-being by engaging and leading the community to work collectively in its development of strategic priorities. The Coalition is a group of community members and advocates working together in a comprehensive, coordinated approach for planning and accountability as well as a resource to address community health and well-being through local initiatives. The purpose of the Coalition is to bring sponsors and partners together to: Enhance awareness of issues; Strengthen Partnerships and Connect Efforts; Facilitate Development of Collaborative Strategies; Leverage Resources for Community Initiatives; Mobilize Action by Reporting on Progress made to Improve the Community's Well-Being.
