Building Blocks for Change BB4C is an assessment designed to help nonprofits build the foundation to foster more racially equitable workplaces. The BB4C framework equips organizations with the insights to understand their culture and build more aligned teams. Organizations receive access to an anonymized digital survey custom reports and robust resources to accelerate their development and more effectively meet the needs of the communities they serve.
