Vocational Guidance Services Vocational Guidance Services is a nonprofit organization that provides vocational training, work experience and job placement services for Northeast Ohio residents challenged by disability and/or economic disadvantage. For well over a century, Vocational Guidance Services has been a national leader in the field of vocational rehabilitation. Today, we train and place more people into jobs than any other private, not-for-profit organization in the state of Ohio.
