HealthNet Gaston Home HealthNet Gaston is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing access toaffordable healthcare services to lowincome uninsured Gaston County residents with chronic medical conditions such as diabetes high blood pressure and heart disease. HealthNet Gaston serves as the lead agency for the Continuum of Care for Gaston Lincoln and Cleveland Counties NC509. GastonLincolnCleveland Continuum of Care CoC HealthNet Gaston is also the Sponsor for the Western North Carolina Youth Homeless Partnership.
