Our Mission: To foster a bicycling and walking friendly Greater Williamsburg Through education, communication, advocacy, and encouragement we help build a community where everyone can walk, run, and ride safely. BikeWalk Williamsburg encourages the development of, and education about safe cycling and walking spaces and activities for general transportation and individual well-being. BikeWalk advocates with City and County Planners for pedestrian and cycle friendly road design and and amendment, educates walkers and riders in safe practices, and provides opportunities to the community for enjoying the benefits walking and cycling bring to individuals, neighborhoods and the environment.
