We are dedicated to the conservation of all New York State turtles, with an emphasis on Long Island’s wild turtles and their natural habitat. Our mission is to preserve and protect the regions native wildlife and natural habitats by providing rescue services and rehabilitation for sick and injured native turtles with the goal of releasing them back to their natural habitat. Our natural sanctuary located on 1-acre of our property is utilized for the care and safety of those turtles whose injuries do not enable them to return to their habitat. We provide educational services to raise awareness within both public and private sectors/organizations regarding the plight of our turtles, their conservation and worldwide critically endangered status that threaten their abundance and diversity.
