Hagerstown Valley Mall Antique Tractor Show The Washington County Antique Tractor Club located in Hagerstown Maryland is a group of men and women and youth interested in preserving the history of farm tractors farm equipment and to share knowledge to anyone who is interested in learning more about the history of farming. Each year the Washington County Antique Tractor Club provides a financial scholarship to one graduate of the TriState area schools who enters a program of advanced studies leading to a degree in AgricultureNatural Resources.
