Communicating a better future Our MISSION The New England Center for the Deaf is a not for profit agency that strives to empower deaf individuals and their families. We believe providing advocacy case management vocational support and mental health services in a signed environment will reduce stigma increase awareness and enhance access leading to a culturally affirming society. OUR VISION Through honesty respect integrity understanding caring and support the New England Center for the Deaf Inc will assist Deaf individuals and their families to find their successes and reach their goals.
