Welcome. Founded in January of 2010 the South Jersey Fermentation Club formerly Barley Legal Homebrewers welcomes all levels of enthusiasts from beginner hobbyist to Certified Beer Judges to professionals in the industry. We welcome everyone with an interest in the art science process history and community of beer mead cider and other fermented foods and beverages. We host educational presentations food and beverage competitions social events and fundraisers with proceeds going to local charities.
