VOX PHILIA
While “VOX” refers to voice, “PHILIA” is one of four Greek words for love, specifically, the love between friends. Vox Philia - loving and caring for one another through singing. VOX is Latin for "voice;" PHILIA is Greek for "the love between friends." Vox Philia strives to be an integral and valued part of the Reading arts community, sharing enthusiastic and impassioned music making with one another, our audience and greater community. We mentor gifted singers within the Reading community by including several high school and college singers in our roster. We are developing a local, regional and national reputation for music performances at the highest levels of technical and musical excellence.
