WINONA ORC'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY BASED EMPLOYMENT, VOCATIONAL TRAINING, AND COMPREHENSIVE JOB RELATED SKILLS AND SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
