IN! transforms lives by working with colleges & universities in Colorado to create pathways to inclusive higher education for students with intellectual disability. Create fully inclusive college opportunities in Colorado for students with intellectual disabilities to foster academic growth, social development and career advancement.Vision StatementStudents with intellectual disabilities will be welcomed on college campuses and allowed to continue their education and preparation for life, as inclusive pathways become part of the fabric of all colleges and universities throughout Colorado.IN!'s objectives are to: 1) support the four-year inclusive higher education initiatives at the University of Northern Colorado, the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and Arapahoe Community College through funding and guidance,2) work with other colleges and universities in Colorado to develop fully inclusive programs to provide greater diversity in location and educational opportunities, and 3) provide outreach and education to students, families and K-12 schools about the opportunity for college.
