The Elizabeth Turner Campbell Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides funding to support charitable and community organizations that focus on meeting the needs of children and the elderly. Our mission is to support organizations in the Southeastern United States with programs that focus on the youth, military personnel and the elderly.
